Pilates is an educational and exercise system which uses the proper body mechanics, movements, core and pelvic stabilization, coordinated breathing, and muscle contractions to promote strengthening. Attention is paid to correct postural alignment.

These classes improve the physical side by working on balance, strength, flexibility and fitness while growing the mental aspects of concentration, self discipline and confidence!
Students are introduced to the martial arts with Master Gregory . These half hour classes twice a week educate the student in martial arts etiquette, basic moves, stances, kicks and hand techniques. Rolling and other exercises strengthen and stretch the muscles, train core stability, increase agility and coordination.
