Welcome to the Ultimate Bodyshaping Ten Week program and congratulations on your commitment to making real changes in your physical and lifestyle conditioning. This course will not only enable you to get your body into its best shape but will also teach you training principles that you will be able to use for the rest of your life.

This course combines resistance training, fitness kickboxing, nutrition and flexibility to help you achieve your goals. You will develop a keen understanding of how these components relate to one another. The nutritional plan in your workbook has been designed to give you a good basic guidance on how to eat balanced healthy meals. Nutrition is not only an important part of training but it is also the most confusing, this is why the recommended eating plan has been kept simple. Please note that this is not a diet but rather a healthy way of eating.
