Pilates training is done in small groups of around 10 people. We also offer private classes to interested clients and those with specialised situations. The pilates training helps to balance muscles while protecting the joints. Yoga is incorporated into the workouts for added strength, focus and improved flexibility. Classes are often done to soothing music to create a peacefull and relaxing atmoshere. |
