Student Creed
I must develop myself in a positive manner and avoid anything that could reduce my mental growth or physical health.
I must develop self-discipline in order to bring out the best in myself and others.
I must use common sense before self-defense, and never be abusive or offensive.
This is a Black Belt school! We are dedicated! We are motivated! We are on a quest to be our best!

Belt Progression
White: The beginners colour. Represents a dormant seed covered in winter snow. The student is ready to learn and grow.
Yellow: The spring when the seed starts to grow. The student learns new knowledge.
Green: Shows the speedy development of youth as the summer arrives.
Blue: This is the colour of maturing, respect and honour.
Brown: Represents wood, a strong maturing tree.
Red: Represents the lifeblood, power, energy and control.
Red / Black: Technical wisdom and power begin to bloom.
Black: This represents calmness, dignity and sincerity. It is the final part of the beginning stage, as well as the beginning stage to the masters level.
